If you’ve never seen or tried a Chocolate Fountain before, you surely have some questions. Here is a collection of the most often asked ones. If you have further questions, please contact us at info@csokiforras.hu.

• Can we use any type of chocolate?
• Yes. Any quality chocolate - one with a cocoa butter content of 33% or more - can work well. However, we recommend special fondue chocolate in order to enable the smooth running of the chocolate. (To order chocolate please click here.)
• How much chocolate should we use to run the chocolate fountain?
• Home fountains run with 900 g of chocolate while the catering fountains use between 900 g and 35 kilos depending on the size.
• Can the chocolate be re-used?
• Yes, the used chocolate can be reheated again at home use. Although owing to hygienic reasons it’s best to discard it after the event.
• How long can the Chocolate Fountain run for?
• Our Table Fountains are designed to run for up to 3 hours – perfect for a party or celebratory dinner. Our Commercial Fountains can run for up to 24 hours – giving you the potential to serve your customers and guests for hour after hour.
• Can I use something other than chocolate in the Fountain?
• Of course! You can try both sweet and savoury sauces of a thin consistency or cheese with dipping of cooked cubes of pork, seafood, beef or chicken, raw or cooked vegetables or bread pieces.
• Are Fountains hard to clean?
• No. We’ve designed them to be really easy to use and care for. Some Fountains have a removable bowl. This and the tier system and spiral drive can be washed by hand in warm, soapy water. Bowls that are an integral part of the base unit can be simply wiped clean with a damp paper towel or soft cloth.

• Do the chocolate fountains come with warranty?
• Yes. All type of home fountains are under warranty for 12 months from the date of purchase. Every Csokiforras Catering Fountain is covered by a 2-year extended worldwide parts warranty and a 12-month labour warranty (Hungary only) from the date of purchase.
• Are Csokiforras Chocolate Fountains addictive?
• Very definitely!
